Peter Som Spring 2011

Friday, September 10, 2010

Peter Som ushered in the new season with a buoyant '60s vibe: mod minis, platform heels, and super-shiny blowouts. Artfully clashing electric turquoise, orange, and peony featured prominently. Tortoiseshell frames, slick patent belts, and cropped cardis added a touch of glam to casual, preppy ensembles. Collared shirts made a comeback with sleeveless cuts and graphic prints, while high-waisted shorts contrasted perfectly with blousy tanks. The result was a fun, spunky collection that challenged the recession with its sunny outlook.
