Photographed by Hans Feurer and styled by Marie Chaix for Vogue Paris, these are easily some of the most stunning images to grace the pages of a beauty editorial. The cold, sharp light flawlessly illuminates the couture headpieces and cinematic makeup, defining each vivid nuance without being harsh or overpowering. But what would paint and accessories be without a canvas? The models deserve a round of applause as well - in particular Poly, whose combination of tension and release is arresting.
If she really cared, she wouldn't be looking like a browless alien with a hair transplant:
Apparently, her lack of brows didn't faze her in the least. Nor did her bubble-gum pink bob or the supremely awkward length of her bangs, chopped straight across the middle of her forehead (hello, Katy Perry!). Gaga tweeted the cover photo with the proud exclamation: "They used to call me rabbit teeth in school, and now I'm a real live VOGUE BEAUTY QUEEN!" Whatever you say, Gaga.
P.S. Is it just me, or does she still look like a bunny?
